1. Get to the bottom of your stress
Work out what is causing your stress, if there’s something you can do about it then do it!
There’s a reason those colouring books for adults were trending – they are an excellent stress relief tool that is brilliant for your mind. Journaling helps get what is in your head onto paper which can be therapeutic in itself.
3. Find more time for YOU
If you don’t look after yourself, then who else will? A quiet moment enjoying a cup of tea can relieve a significant amount of stress. Schedule the time out if you have to.
4. Move More
A simple session of Yoga can have an amazing impact or go out for a walk, fresh air is amazing.
5. Do more of what you love
We get so busy in our every day lives that we forget to do the things we enjoy. Again, schedule it in if you have to.
6. Be grateful
Be thankful and grateful for what you do have instead of stressing about what you don’t have. Every morning say 3 things in which you are grateful for.
7. Slow Down
Take in the sunshine, appreciate the birds singing. Beauty is all around us, by observing it you will find you will in turn slow down.
